Air Shower is engineered to reduce particles carried by people entering and leaving the Clean Room.
When a person enters the air shower, clean air is blown out intensively from the jet nozzles, blowing off
particles from the human body and clothes. These particles will be drawn into the lower suction port
and filtered through the HEPA filters.
