Light Assembly Torque Arm
The Aero-Motive torque arm is an economical tool support system designed to help improve the efficiency and well-being of workers performing light duty assembly. The unit effectively neutralizes torque, to reduce the risk of repetitive motion injury (RMI)
and can be equipped or adjusted to handle any lightweight tool.

tool is absorbed by the unit, which neutralizes
up to 20 foot pounds of force (27Nm), relieving
the worker of the repetitive stain on hands,
wrists and arms that can contribute to RMI.

position and handle tool within a wide work-
ong arc. Easily adjustable spring tension allows
workerto adjust for tool weight and location
preference. Workers can also choose from a
single or parallel arm design, based on need.
:Versatile...The unit can be mounted on the
bench top, clamped to the edge of the bench,
or mounted directly to a wall or column. The
unit is equipped with a standard pneumatic
tool holder, but the following optional tool
mounts are available to allow for any type of
operation:universal tool mount, electric tool
holder or pistol grip holder.
:Efficient...Lightweight and easy to install.
Once set, tool location is maintained by a spe-
sially designed bearing. Compatible compo-
nents allow for changing holder options with
minimal disassembly.
