Description

SatPax^® 1000 are presaturated nonwoven polyester/cellulose wipers that are available in resealable pouches and canisters. The wiper is manufactured utilizing semiconductor grade IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and RO/DI H₂O filtered to 0.2 µm.

Composition and Attributes

55% cellulose/45% polyester, nonwoven
Lot number on each resealable pouch ensures traceability
Convenient pop-up canisters contain rolls of perforated wipers
Three different saturation combinations are available: 70/30, 9/91 and 6/94(canister only).
Available sterile for aseptic processing

Applications

Recommended for use in ISO Class 5 (Class 100) Cleanroom Applications
Reduce storage requirements and usage quantities
Eliminate squirt bottles and uncontrolled saturation levels
Control VOC's
